Warranty & Liability

1. Limited Warranty

2KR Systems, LLC ("2KR Systems," "we," "our," or "us") warrants WindSwept products (WindBands, SwingArm Trucks, and accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers replacement of the defective product only. It does not cover the cost of removal, reinstallation, or shipping, which remain the customer's responsibility.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Misuse or abuse of the product;

  • Unauthorized modification of the product;

  • Installation that was not performed by qualified, trained personnel or, where structural attachment is involved, was not approved by a licensed structural professional engineer; or

  • Use of the product beyond its rated capacity.

To make a warranty claim: contact us at info@windswept50.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.

2. Product Installation and Use

WindSwept products must be installed by qualified, trained personnel, and where structural attachment is involved, the installation must be approved by a licensed structural professional engineer. It is the customer's and installer's responsibility to determine the product's suitability for the intended location, structure, and environmental conditions before installation. 2KR Systems does not perform installation, construction, or field service, and does not evaluate site-specific conditions on the customer's behalf.

3. Limitation of Liability

2KR Systems is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the installation, use, or failure of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to a physical product is limited to the replacement of that product.
